2 · Contact / demo-request form
When you use the form, we process the data you enter: name, email address, company (optional) and your message. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a demo.
- Purpose: handling your request and contacting you.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
- Retention: we keep the data for as long as needed to process your request and thereafter only as required by law, then delete it.
3 · Server log files
When pages are requested, our hosting provider automatically stores technical data (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser/OS) in log files. This is necessary for secure, stable operation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained for a short period and then deleted.
4 · Fonts
Web fonts (Barlow, Barlow Condensed) are hosted locally on our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or any third-party font CDN is established, and no font-related data is transmitted to third parties.
5 · Cookies & tracking
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party tracking. Only technically necessary data described above is processed.
6 · Recipients & processors
Data may be processed by our hosting and email-delivery providers acting as processors on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR. Data is not sold or shared for advertising.
