Current LLMs based in generative pretrained transformers (GPT) embedded in agents like ChatGPT do not understand the content because they just see Patterns. they come from an empiric world. Learn to adopt by mimicking samples and extract their patterns. But mimicking lacks understanding the principles behind which only then can enable true reasoning. So current solutions they remain on patterns and thus they have no clue about the semantics – so they hallucinate.
